The Vision
"...and about the eleventh hour he went out and found others..."Matthew 20:6

The first and foremost vision is prayer. We have an undeniable biblical and spiritual mandate to pray and pray much. Prayer is the multi-faceted gem in the Body of Christ - It first reaches up in worship to God , then allows God to direct His will downward and outward to the earth. May our cries continue to rise in unity for ,"THY KINGDOM COME , THY WILL BE DONE , IN EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN."

Our second vision is that of seeing ministries birthed and restored , filled and empowered by God's Spirit to reap the harvest of souls belonging to this generation. We believe in releasing men and women to obey God , and His call on their live . Our
function is that of equipper , not dominator or LOrd . We desire to not only send miniistries around the world , but to link with other ministries in common purpose , and at the same time see the Body of Christ come into unity and a perfect man.

Our third vision is to see this generation to truly rise up in the power of God's Spirit and see homes , cities and nations transformed by the power of the gospel of Jesus Christ. The main thing is to get believers to truly believe that Jesus Christ lives in them and will use them if they allow Him to.

Finally , we desire to see the church totally liberated to obey God . This means casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God , exposing the accuser of the brethren , and refusing to anything that quenches God's Spirit , be it traditions of man , commandments of men , doctrines of devils , or any such like. We are called to show forth the God's praises , and it is the follish ways of God that will confound the things that are mighty.

The Birth of 11th Hour Ministries
In the year 1984 a young man named Virgil Diel came under deep conviction of the Holy Ghost , and January 14th of that year was miracuosly saved. Not long after salvation Virgil began teaching Home Bible studies and street witnessing, then began teaching at a local nursing home. During this time he received a vision of 11th Hour Ministries. This vision lay dormant until 1998 when after pastoring a small church God began to bring growth and increased desire for revival and souls. After resigning his pastorate he and 5 other famalies embarked on a
divine appointment with God. 11th Hour Ministries was birthed. Our desire is to see God's Kingdom built , planting churches , home groups , prayer meeting , evangelistic training seminars and
crusades , prison ministry - anything to see God's kingdom advanced. Joshua Stein has been a key figure
in 11thHour Ministries from the beginning with a strong call to evangelism and soulwining as well as being greatly used in the gift of prophecy he is a great blessing. Jason Dodson and Patrick Sheffer offer a musical side to eleventh Hour in producing original songs freely given.And we cannot forget Tonya Diel who ever so greatly keeps Virgil in LINE!
Tammy Stein comes to us with a burden for youth and Lucinda Bondurant is our Pastor of INTERCESSION.With out PRAYER NOTHING MOVES!


GIVE MY PEOPLE A HANDLE ON MY WORD!
After preaching a butcher message - and I do mean a terrible theological mess message - God convicted me. Virgil H. Diel ,Jr. he gave me a dream that changed my life and many others.
In the dream i saw myself sinking in quicksand with noone to help me, save me.There were no trees - nobushes just desert sand and the mess I was in.
As Looked for help I saw a man coming who only had a sword . As he neared I wondered what he would do.
When he came to the edge of the quicksand he stretched out his sword and said take ahold. As I
reached out I noticed He had turned the sword around and was giving me the handle. I replied no your hands are to Important. His response was " No your life is more important than my hands. At that I took hold of the handle and was pulled to safety.
His words then struck me to the core of my being - HE SAID'"WHEN YOU PREACH MY WORD -GIVE THEM A HANDLE ON IT!"
That is our goal to give people a handle on God's WORD!
